Rich Bemm
Customer Care Manager
Richard (Rich) Bemm, Customer Care Manager, has a BS degree in park and recreation administration from George Williams College. He has been the executive director for a township park district in Illinois and the park and recreation director for the city of Longview in Washington. His relationship with CRTC started through volunteering his pickleball club members to critique the prototype models of the CRTC's Swift pickleball paddles and the SwiftNet® portable pickleball net as the CRTC advanced the development to the final product. This has made him very knowledgeable of the CRTC's pickleball products. Besides pickleball, Rich enjoys fly fishing, kayaking, biking, hiking, and volunteering on community service projects.
